Athletes
The Splitscreen compliments a smart watch perfectly. A smart watch can give you heart rate, you can use it for cross training and can upload your sessions to online platforms. It’s great, keep using it! It can never come close to the specialised hardware in the Splitscreen for individual rowing stroke feedback though.
Racers
Get lightweight tech with heavyweight specs. GPS weight does not count towards your FISA limit so you can lower your racing weight by choosing the Splitscreen. One fifth of the weight of alternative GPS units as well as more capable hardware where it matters.
Coaches
Help your rowers go faster and avoid distractions they don't need. See more clearly how they are progressing: If a rower sets a target time or distance into the Splitscreen the results (including quarterly race profile) are saved in memory for viewing afterwards. Polarised sunglasses
The screen has been carefully optimised to work in tandem with polarised sunglasses. Wearing polarised sunglasses will increase the clarity of your screen as well as reducing glare from the surface of the water. The NK Speedcoach screen becomes much less clear if polarised sunglasses are worn as you can see.
